Hi, I checked your shorcode in my dev site and the text field is long enough. I think this issue might be related to your theme. Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Seventeen.

In my dev site these look good and large. Once you tested the theme as mentioned above let me know if the dropdown and the text is still too small and narrow.
