Setting Static Page and Posts Page Not Working Correctly

I have come across something that I have not seen before with WordPress.

Currently my static page is set to ‘Coming Soon’ and I need to change it to launch my site.

My home page is labeled ‘Products’. This has been my static page before I put the site in maintenance mode to make some changes.

‘Products’ is not listed in the dropdown menu as an option for static page.

Also, my “Products’ page is showing that it is my posts page, which I didn’t set up because there won’t be any posts, just pages. The funny thing is that in the Settings>Reading section, I have left it blank and it is still blank. When I attempt to edit the page, it shows “Home/Article, no posts” and everything is gone on my page.

I have not been on this page in a few days so I don’t know what happened to it. I have tried deactivating all of my plugins except for Profit Builder plugin because it has to be activated for the pages to display correctly since that is what I use to build my pages. Still a blank page other than the title.

Any suggestions would be appreciated because I have no idea what could have happened.
