    Hello Roman,

    1) The new pro version extension for the ms robots.txt manager includes this feature. As new Websites are created, it automatically creates the robots.txt files for you. Then, it includes a mass update feature that updates all websites missing a robots.txt file.

    2) I will look into adding this option to the free plugin in the future.
