    Hello everyone,

after changing a few things in the settings (eg. disabling predefined intents from the start menu or adding queries in the FAQ section), all of the options suddenly disappeared. I can see the menu items on the left (eg. “getting started” or “general settings”) but I can’t access them. The right side is just plain white (screenshot: https://postimg.cc/yWp3VH3w). I can still access the other options in the WordPress menu (eg. “OpenAI Settings”, “Simple Text Responses”) though.

The last time this error occured, I was able to resolve it by deactivating and then reactivating the plugin – but that didn’t work this time. I also already cleared every cache, restarted the browser and tried another browser (tested in Firefox and Chrome).

I am using the Lite version on a multisite. The plugins on all sites are the same and while the WPBot works on one site, it doesn’t work on another.

Do you know how to solve the problem?

    Best regards

    Hi,

There are a few things you can try:

    1. Try deactivating the active plugins one by one and check if deactivating any one of them fixes it
    2. Try switching to a WordPress default theme like 2022 and see if that fixes it
    3. Go to the settings page and press F12 to Inspect Elements. Check the Console Tab, see if there is any error
    4. Deactivate any cache plugin and see if that fixes the issue. Some cache plugins also offer the option to cache the backend

We can investigate more once you determine the cause.

    Thanks

    Hello,

first of all, thank you for your answer! I’ve tried everything you listed but it doesn’t work. Because I didn’t want to break the live site, I also copied the multisite installation to a subdomain, deactivated all plugins (except ChatBot) and switched to the WordPress themes 2022 and 2023. Then I updated all plugins while also de- and reactivating the ChatBot plugin.

When I hit F12 on said setting page, the console shows this error: This page uses the non-standard “zoom” property. Instead, calc() should be used in the appropriate property values or “transform” together with “transform-origin: 0 0”. and refers to admin.php.
Clicking on the linked admin.php then brings me to admin.php?page=wpbot which shows this message: Error: Incorrect contents fetched, please reload.
Though reloading sometimes gets rid of the error message in admin.php, the settings still won’t load.

The setting page loads for 5/6 sites – these are the ones where I didn’t do any customization. It just doesn’t load for the one where I changed the settings.

    Best regards

    Hi,

We released a new version. Please upgrade to that. Now go to the Settings page and you should see a button on the left menu for Reset all options. Try clicking on that. Let me know if that fixes the issue.

    Thanks

I hope it worked. Closing the ticket now.

    Hello,

sorry for the late reply, but unfortunately the button didn’t resolve the problem. It’s still the same: blank page and no settings visible.
