Have you tried disabling all other plugins and switching themes to stock theme like twenty-thirteen?

    Hi Phil,
I just tested your plugin on several installation, just to see on behalf of my customer and it does look like there’s a bug of some sort.
The settings page is nowhere to be found.
I tested this on two different WordPress installation with Twenty Twelve, Thirteen, IFeature Pro and a few others.

A link in the plugin dashboard to the settings would also be nice.

For some reason recently right after plugin activation there’s an error message if you click the popup.

Instead look to see if you see “Pin It Button” on the bottom left-hand admin menu.

This should be fixed in the next update.
