• According to support, if you set a set of options as required a selection needs to be made in order to add the product to the cart, otherwise, when the user clicks on the “Add to cart” button without selecting the required option, the product shouldn’t be added to the cart and the missing selection should be marked in red, however, this is not happening.

We are trialing the free plugin on our staging site

We created a block and added a select option, marking it as required, however, you can add the product to the cart without selecting an option.

Can anyone tell me why the required status is being ignored?

    Hi there,
could you show the add-ons configuration with a screenshot or video?

In additional, please, try the plugin with a WordPress default theme and WooCommerce only, in order to see if something is causing a conflict.

    Thank you.

    Hi there,
I did a test on my local installation and I was not able replicate the issue, see video at following link:

Did you try the plugin with only WooCommerce and a WordPress default theme? The issue could depend by a conflict with another component of your site.

In additional, please check if you’re using the latest available version of the plugin.
