Setting Links & A Default Home Page

I am working on the following blog:

(It may also be useful to know that I am using the theme ModernClix, which can be found here – https://www.rodrigogalindez.com/wordpress-themes )

I created the links at the top of the page “Reel / Work / Blog / About” within WordPress (by Adding new Pages). Therefore, WordPress created its own links for them. How can I change these links? For example, I want the blog tab to link back to the blog, not to its own “Blog” page.

I would also like the “Reel” page to be the default homepage for invisiblehandmedia.net. How do I set it to start at “Reel” instead of at the main blog?
