Setting /knowledgebase as Front page creates double footer
-
When I access the main Knowledgebase page via its normal slug URL, everything works fine. However, when I change the WordPress Reading settings so that the Front page displays a static page with the Knowledgebase page set as the Front page, things break slightly.
The list item bullet in the breadcrumbs is no longer hidden.
More importantly, there is an extra <footer> area that displays a number 1 and an Edit link (when logged in). The “1” isn’t actually in the footer, but outside the #content div.
I am testing with version 1.0.9 of WP Knowledgebase and the stock Twenty Twelve theme. Is this a reproducible issue?
