Setting Keep-Alive on WordPress Multisite

  • For one of the apps we’re running, we need to enable keep-alive for the our multisite wordpress site. Obviously, this “should” affect the entire multisite.

    Are there any downsides to doing this?

    Is there anyway to only enable it on one site?

    A little details: Running on IIS, so not htaccess. Everything would have to be done in the web.config
