Setting Gallery on Custom Post Types

Hi there,

I need some help with configuring gallery on custom types.

By default when you insert a gallery in a post it displays the images as thumbnails with 3 columns and link to a post when you can see the image bigger.

What i am trying to do is to make so if you insert a gallery in a custom type, the gallery to be inserted like this by default:
[gallery orderby="title" size="full" columns="0"]

I think is possible, the only question is how?
