Setting for Allow Opt-out regarding cookies doesn’t work in latest update!

    Hi.

    First of all, I really appreciate all the work you put in to this plugin.

    Even though the Allow Opt-Out is set to disabled, the message is displayed to accept/deny cookies.
    But please fix this issue asap. The message also keeps appearing no matter how many times you accept/decline cookies…
    Really disturbing and annoying for visitors.
