Setting “Enable On” shows no effect

I just noticed that the “Enable on” setting has no effect. I set it to Desktop only, but in the mobile view in the browser the section is still sticky. Without the settings like “Header Background”, but the header itself remains sticky. Only when I switch off the Stick Header Effects completely the header scrolls.

In addition it still says “IMPORTANT: Sticky Header Effects only works with Elementor Pro sticky option enabled” which is not true. The Elementor sticky option is disabled and the header is still sticky. I don’t know where to look. Any idea what I can do? Any cache setting?
