Setting don’t show up

I have this plugin installed because I use the Meks Voice theme, but I also have some custom post types I would like to have these social sharing buttons on. For some reason the settings and options are not available under the settings tab. I can however access them by going to https://MYDOMAIN.ca/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=meks-easy-social-share. When I check off the custom post types I would like the buttons to display on and try to save the changes, it revets back.

I’m wondering if this a theme conflict, but I would like a way to add sharing buttons to my custom post types as this plugin explains.
