Setting display conditions

Hello,
I don′t know how to set conditions to display header/footer for specific author′s archives pages. I′ve tried these options with no success:
Include + Archives + Author Archive + [Author]
Include + Single + By Author + [Author]What are the conditions to set them correctly?
