Setting Custom Date Selection Option

    Hello,

    I’m trying to create a Service Request form in which I can allow the customer to select a date, for example this week, or that week, etc.

    How would I go about doing this? Or even adding a calendar option to choose a week/day etc.

    Generally just need a client to be able to select a date, instead of having to type one.
