Setting changes not saved

    When I make changes in the settings they are not saving. The save button acts like it saves, but then when I refresh, it reverts. I’m trying to change settings to have 3 rows of courses, right now it’s showing 5. I also have been trying to change the email settings, but they are not saving either.

    Please tell me this is something I can fix easily.

    I am so sorry that you are facing this issue. Can you please make sure that you are running your site on latest wordpress and php ? 5.5.2 and 7.4 or more?     This issue might happen because of caching plugins. Please disable the caching feature if you have one and see if the issue is resolved.

    If you do not have a caching plugin and the issue is still happening, you can check conflict with other plugins. You may also send us an email to take a deeper look at your site.

    Thank you friend! I checked the conflict with other plugins and found it.

    The plugin that was in conflict is DOKAN. Unfortunately this is a very important plugin for my website to work.
    I can’t just disable DOKAN.

    How do I resolve this conflict?
