Setting a Featured Image

    I have just updated to the 3.5 version of WordPress and have stumbled across something. When I try to set a new ‘Featured Image’ it takes me to the new Media Library, but the new library doesn’t show the old images I have previously uploaded via ‘Add Media’.

    Plus when I try and upload a image, it show’s it uploads, but after it’s meant to be completed, it comes back with;

    “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”

    Any help or advice?
