SetExpressCheckout API call failed. Order total missing???

  • How do you fix this error message? I am using WP Ecommerce and Paypal express.

    SetExpressCheckout API call failed.
    Detailed Error Message: Order total is missing.
    Short Error Message: Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.
    Error Code: 10400
    Error Severity Code: Error

  • I’m getting this same error WP Ecommerce but I’m checking out with a coupon code (no Paypal). Did you ever figure out the issue?

    i am getting the same error to.. anyone knows how to solve this issue?

    You will need to setup your paypal information.

    go to “store settings” > “payments”

    and where it says “paypal express payments” there is an “edit” button when you hover, click that, and on the right you will find your settings.

    you will need to configure your API Username, API Password, API Signature, etc. which are found in your paypal business account by going to Merchant services and signing up there.
