At the moment I am running into an issue where a clients website is getting a 502 error because of autoloaded data.

I ran a query and wpseo_titles was at the top of the list.

What are the repercussions of updating wpseo_titles autoload to no?

    Hi @consensusb

We’d like to clarify that autoloading typically helps reduce the number of queries made to the database.

On the other hand, we understand that you’d like to know whether setting the relevant option to autoload NO will help with performance.

Unfortunately, your question doesn’t have a simple answer, and this will largely depend on your host and the type of caching you’re running on your website. If you decide to set the option to autoload NO, our recommendation would be to test such a change on a?staging site?first before making any changes to your live site and check there if the autoload setting brings any performance improvements.

Thank you guys. This is helpful.

Yoast SEO wasn’t an issue, the issue stemmed from another plugin. But thanks for answering my question!
