Set Up Recurring Payment with Stripe Payment Gateway

    Hi, I’ve got the subscriptions plugin, stripe gateway plugin and some subscription products set up. For testing purposes I have a product set up as an unlimited subscription charged daily. However when purchased, on the stripe side, it’s coming through as a payment, and no further payments are made the following days.
    In a FAQ I saw that recurring payments must be enabled in the payment gateway, I was hoping you’d be able to help with exactly what needs to be done?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    You can make charges for a subscription order once a day only, you can’t setup a subscription charged unlimited times a day.

    There’s been a misunderstanding.
    The subscription should be charged once every day, recurring indefinitely. Instead it is only being charged once on the first day, but there is no payments on the following days.

    Product is set up as follows:
    Product price = ￡5
    Subscriptions Per Interval = 1
    Subscriptions Epxiry Interval left empty
    Initial Signup fee left empty
    Free trial interval left empty

    By checking the description everything seems to be correct, may be there is some concern from some third party plugin or theme, The support team needs to check this on their own, check once by disabling all the third party plugins and if further any issues then kindly connect with the team for better assistance.
