Set up link referrer to send via email (Contact Form 7)

I posted in the support for Contact Form 7 Leads Tracking, but I think it may be beyond what the plugin can accomplish, so here I am.

If anyone could help me with this, I would be super grateful.

I have a site that needs to send the referral link in an email, when the user fills out a Contact Form 7 form. It goes like this: user gets to the site, chooses a post, clicks a button, fills out a form, and exits the site.

What I want to do is set up some kind of report that shows, within the form submission results, which post on my site that user came from, immediately before filling out the form. So the person receiving the email knows that this user clicked on the button to fill out the form on $post_id.

I tried using Contact Form 7 Leads Tracking, but that shows the previous website visited, not the URL from my site.

This information will be used to filter emails at the server, so everything can be sent to the correct department as it comes in.

I know this is possible, but I am not a programmer, so I am not even sure what terms to use to search on Google.
