    Hello

I have installed this plug in but I have three issues that I need help with please,

Firstly I have disabled allow users to register in checkout & my account as this allowed new users to register without being granted permission, the user does show on my approval list but it allows the customer to set up the account without approval. If these are turned off can you please tell me where the new user applies for an account as I cannot see this in my account or anywhere on the site.

Secondly I am not receiving an email to advise of a new user nor can I see any settings on the free plugin to check this.

Please can someone advise where I am going wrong?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @lb80,

    Thanks for your email,

I hope you are doing well, Regarding the email issue, please install the plugin ‘Email Log’ and check if emails from ‘New User Approve’ are being logged, if emails are being logged then you need to contact your hosting support as emails could be getting blocked from their side. Also, there are no settings regarding emails in the free plugin, you can modify email content through the hooks mentioned on the plugin homepage.

If you have disabled account creation from woocommerce’s my-account page then the user can use the default WordPress registration page. Whose URL should be like?
    https://example.com/wp-login.php?action=register

Also with ‘New User Approve’ the user’s account will be created/set up when they sign up/register. They will not be able to login to the site with that account until the admin set the account status to approved.`

    Thanks & Regards
