• Hello everyone!

I’m putting this here because, at the moment, the question I’m asking seems (to me) to be overly broad.

I’m looking for a solution which allows the following, and I’m not sure if it can be accomplished solely within WP, or also by using free or relatively cheap plugins:

    1) A form that is only visible to registered users of the site (all the way down to Subscriber level)

    2) Multiple fields (ideally four separate fields)

    3) The ability for the form to be sent to an email address, and for it to autogenerate the user information for the person who filled it out (eg- instead of them putting in their name and email, it will automatically pull their username and info as they are already logged in).

Currently I have to free version of WPforms installed for contact purposes, but it appears I can’t add extra fields in this version (#2), and I don’t see a way that (free) WPforms will auto pull the user’s info (#3)

Any insight or assistance you can provide with this would be greatly appreciated.

    Jeff
