Set up click & collect option

Hi,
I added a click and collect option to woocommerce – shipping, however, this has removed the shipping option! It seems to be the problem is with the order of the zones in the shipping section, the option that is first in order only appears in cart.( I found out after research) but not sure how to fix it. Appreciate any advice .
