Set up an Online Babysitting Group

    I’ve been asked explore the option of setting a babysitting group for a school Parent Teacher Association.

    The idea is that each parent who wishes to register offers and receives 4 babysitting sessions in a year (or any given period). They could be checked out and registered by an administrator who would add them to a group.

    Once in the group I would need:
    A facility to send a request to all members.
    Some sort of token system to keep track of where everyone is up to.

    An unusual request I know but I’m not sure where to start!

  • If you are going to make a group, you can use Groups plugin. It provides group-based user membership management, group-based capabilities and content access control according to authors description.

    Thanks for that, It looks good, then I just need a way of implementing the token system.
