Hello?@chengjianping,

    Greetings for the day!

It appears that the content is being loaded by your theme or a plugin. Please try changing the step template type from ‘template for page builder’ to ‘default’. This will ensure that your theme’s header and footer are loaded on the CartFlows pages, potentially resolving the issue.

Please give this a try and let us know the outcome.

    Best Regards,

    Hello @chengjianping,

Would you like to set Elementor as your default page builder? You can do so by selecting Elementor as the page builder in the CartFlows settings. Please refer to these screenshots for guidance: https://bsf.d.pr/i/xwEyGi and https://bsf.d.pr/i/AJHLLm.

If I’ve misunderstood your requirement or if you have any other queries, please feel free to let me know.

I enabled the application checkout interface in the settings and overwritten the default options, but there was no checkout interface that did not overwrite the original checkout interface. It is still the default now. What is the reason for this?

    Hello @chengjianping,

Please ensure you have added the shortcode “[woocommerce_checkout]” to your default WooCommerce checkout page and have set up the page in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page setup.

Next, enable the CartFlows store checkout as explained in this article: https://cartflows.com/docs/store-checkout/ and let us know how it goes.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
