    Hello, I want to add the function of return, exchange and refund after payment is made, but there is only a refund option in the settings. Is it not possible to choose return or exchange?

    I want to ask when it comes to the exchange you are talking about, do you mean exchanging the product for another one at the same price or have you thought of another scenario you want to implement on your site? Please let me know and I will try to help.

    Is it possible to change the same product to another size? In addition, can I set the refund time within a certain period of time before I can apply for it?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t support this yet. The addition of this feature is reported to programmers, but we do not know the date of its implementation.

    I will add you to the list of people interested in this functionality and I will inform you when it happens.
