    Hello,

    nice plugin, but EVERY SINGLE time when opening the own profile page on the dashboard the message “Set up 2FA app again” comes up again and again with a button to reset all keys. It makes no sense. The login works perfectly. But why does this message appear EVERY time you open your own profile? This is annoying and makes the plugin practically useless.

    I have also reset the key once, set up 2FA again this way, but even then – after logging in and opening my own profile settings page, this message comes again and again.

    PS: When I open my profile as admin (the user who installed and setup the plugin), this repeating message does NOT appear. Only for other users (tried it with limited rights or even users with admin-rights). By the way, this is NOT a page with members, but only different users to maintain the page with content.

    I am sorry to read about your issue. Just to confirm I’ve understood your issue, so you configured policies, the users get a notification to set up 2FA, they set up 2FA and then the notification is still showing in their dashboard?

    Just to confirm, is the users’ 2FA configuration retained or not?

    Can you please also share a screenshot of the notification? We’d like to see which is the exact notification that is popping up.

    Yes, the 2FA is mandatory for all users (at the moment three of them). 2FA is set up for each user and works fine when logging in. But this messages still comes up every time (except when I am logged in as the user with admin rights). How can I upload a screenshot here?

    You cannot upload a screenshot here @dajanas but you can upload one to a third party website and then link to it here.
