    Hi there.
    i referred to multiple tutorials but video tutorial is not available. I’m bit confused about about the setting.
    Pl guide for the initial setting as i found this plug in the fantastic one for the given purpose.
    My site is india based site catering online worldwide. The primary number starts with 91-xxxxxxxxxx.

    Hi there,
    I have API documentation and API sample code links sent to me by SMS country ( India ) to run on trial basis for few days. How d i incorporate it in m WP website.rest all setting done as directed except the above. Pl note that with this trial run i could not get sms on the DND activated cells.

    If your SMS gateway it isn’t on the list, you can’t use it.

    For use a new SMS gateway we must add in. Contact by our own website for that.

    SMS Country need an user, password and SID info, nothing else. Get them from your account info.

    Sorry, but we don’t remember all details from all SMS gateways, we only get the API documentation and add it service on our plugin, nothing else ??

    If you need any kind of help with your account details, please, contact with SMS Country.

    In this case we think that you can use the shop name, for example.

    Thanks. I shall set SID as our brand identity in 6 alpha characters.
    Request you to confirm as to exactly what stage initial sms of customer placing an order gets generated. Is it when customer clicks on ‘place order’ title on check out page or when he completes his payment through our payment partner. ( Pl note that as initiation of order at our end is against full payment made upfront as most of the items are customised. We might incorporate COD at later stage ).. This helps me conclude as to exactly what stage i should get an sms since the cell no. given as of now is not mine and some one else’s which is not registered for DND.
