Set Top Margin, fails

All is working perfectly as seen on my site. But, if I check ‘show on certain Height’ with several PX input I get several fails. The floating content isn’t shown, but also my header top is disappearing once scrolling down.
Could someone give me some guidelines/information what to check or do?
