• Safari, Chrome, Firefox moble browsers is not dectecting country. I am in the UK and only accept orders from the UK and the plugin is stopping my customers ordering. I have had to disable it which is not good. Latest verison installed. Please help. Thanks.

    Hi @gwm73,

    Could you please provide the error log for our plugin from the WooCommerce settings? You can locate the error log by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Logs. You’ll find fatal-errors sources.

    Location: United Kingdowm, but on mobile devices orders from the UK were being blocked by the plugin. Thanks.
