Set Time Zone for Tickets

    How do I set the time zone for my tickets? Ticket submitted at 7pm ESt, but showing 11pm.

    Hello @evtwp,

    In your WordPress settings, (you may get there by going to SETTINGS->GENERAL) you will find an option to set the timezone. This will reflect in the timezone of your tickets.
