    Hi, i put the flag on “Set the “mark as shipped” option checked when adding tracking info to orders”, but it’s not working fine.
    The tracking link and email works fine but the order is still in status “processing” and has not been update.
    How to fix?

    This settings is to check the checkbox when you add tracking info by default, I do not see any issues with that, are you sure it was checked when you added the tracking info to the order?

    Hi, we checked, we will add compatibility for the shipping providers list for the WooCommerce mobile app to the AST Pro Version since the APP currently do not show the shipping providers list.

    But anyway, the way the app works is different and you’ll not be able to complete the order from the app on the same action.

    Hello,
    I understand. What I don’t understand is why until last month if I added the tracking code from the application, the order was automatically closed (I only use 1 courier) and now the code is added, but without closing the order.

    Hi, I checked, the WooCommerce mobile app does not allow you to change order status at the same time you add the tracking info to the order.
