Set specific times for Backup, optimize and fixup

I really love the plugin and have been using it on all my sites for a while.
I recently enabled the backup functionality and it crashed my host. I realized that running the backup and optimize at the same time across all my 8 sites on the same host spiked the CPU and memory utilization to a 100 % and kept it at that. I managed to use the WP Control control to stagger the backup , optimize and fixup on the site and across all sites. That solved the problem, although should I save the DB-Manager options ever again, it would reset the times to the current times.

Hence can you specify an option for TIME for the Backup, optimize, fixup functions?
