We have WordPress installed in a sub folder of the root directory and we are trying to access a folder in the root directory that has additional sub directory.
    root:
    – files
    – – files1
    – – files2
    – – files3
    – wordpress

I have changed “Set Root Directory” to “Site Root Directory”, I have saved the changes and then I refreshed the page but it is still showing my “wordpress” folder for my Base Directory 1-5, my Base URL and Directory Banner.

Did I miss a step somewhere?

    Thanks for your help.

That’s only for setups where your wordpress url is different from your site url.

Is there a way to do this or do the folders need to be in the “wordpress” folder?

    Thanks

Unfortunately, if you want to access them with File Away, you’ll have to move them into the install folder. The only exception is when your WordPress url and site url are different. Sorry.
