Set Quantity with Decimals to round off/down

Hi

My client use this plugin which works perfectly fine. In his site, there are products that have quantity options: 1.25,1.5,1.75,2.5,2.75, etc. We would to know if there’s a way to override the quantity on shipstation orders like Woocommerce or WordPress Filters/Hooks without modifying the plugin itself. If someone order an item like with a quantity of 1.75, the order in shipstation should 1 quantity only.
