Set purchasable not working

  • Hello,

    I have set one product to be purchasable on each Monday. The “add to cart” button was gray out. However, after I clicked any place in the page, the button turns back to normal. I can add the item in the cart. Could you please help with this issue?

    We’re sorry for the delayed response. We have overlooked your thread.

    Not sure if you still need this, but I will give you more instructions on your question. Maybe you have used the incorrect timer setting.

    To set a product to be in stock, you must use a reverse action (set out of stock/unpurchasable/hidden) on top of it as default actions (set in stock/purchasable/visible) cannot work alone.

    So for your case, it should be:
    – Action 1: Set unpurchasable, Everyday.
    – Action 2: Set purchasable, Weekly on Every Monday.
