Set Publishing Time

    By Default the Publishing time is Today’s date & Time.

    The user has the option to change this.

    I want default publish date & Time to be tomorrow’s(Next Day) date and time 02:00 Hours & The user has the option to change this.

    Is there any plug-in for this?

    I am a beginner with wordpress
