Set .php webpage INTO a WordPress Page (or post)

  • Hello Everyone, i’ve had a tough time trying to figure out a problem for my website.

    I created a Contact form and you can see it here: https://www.teamarchimedes.com/contact.php

    My goal is to put this same form INTO a wordpress page. ( I would also like to resize it smaller but i think i can mess with the css)

    I’ve tried many different php plugins to get this form into a WP page, but no luck.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

  • Create a page template file in your wp theme folder, fe page-contact.php.

    In WP, create new page, fe contact. Select template file page-contact for this page. Put in form.
