Set password generator to easier

  • Hello!
    I wonder if it’s possible to set up the auto generated passwords length and containing character types?
    I want to generate such passwords which can be memorized or at least written down under short time. The current password are long and hard, so if the user is not that familiar with computers and the daily use of copy-paste it can be very difficult for him to sign in. I understand the security side of the thing but still…

    I managed to ‘hax’ it in wp-members-core.php and in wp-members-register.php by adding a length argument to wp_generate_password everywhere I could find it in use.

    However it is not a recommended thing to do, because if the plugin updates my changes loose. It works for now… hope there will be a predefined feature in the plugin for this in the future.
