Set opening week periods

Hi,
in one of the last updates of the theme that I’m using, the authors added your plugin as a widget of a listing page (therefore the css is encoded by the theme).
I read your getting started documentation, but I couldn’t figure how to set the opening hours like the following:
Monday to Friday: —-
Saturday: —-
Monday: Closed
I inserted the time for each day of the week but the theme shows each day in separate and I really don’t know how to group days with the same opening hours so I can save space.
