Set Only Logged-in Users Can Vote

    I use the WOW (+2), Smile (+1), Sleepy (0), Crying (-1), and Disappointment (-2) emojis to rate (score) the posts, and based on that I choose which post is the winner each month.

    This system is broken if someone can ‘stuff’ the ballot box by repeat voting (reactions). The problem is that the same person can keep adding reactions over and over simply by using incognito mode to visit the post (as cookies are not stored using incognito browsing mode).

    If voting is tracked by user account rather than cookies, this would eliminate this issue. If someone selects an emoji while not logged in it can either pop up a message saying to log in to set a reaction or just redirect them to the login, then after logging in, redirect them back to set their reaction.
