set number of posts in grid view

Hi @auitje – good question! The block toolbar refers to the row of icons above the block, and not in the right-hand settings panel.

Here’s a screenshot of what you’re looking for.

If you still don’t see it, make sure “Inherit query from template” is toggled off in the Query Loop settings, as seen here:

Thanks @zoonini for your help. However, I do have a question. When I turn off the inherit-setting and look at the settings in the block toolbar, it says (exactly as in your picture): 3 items per page. However, on my page, 10 items are shown. How do the 3 and the 10 relate?

And could you please let me know if you’re making these edits in the Query Loop in the Home template or somewhere else?

That is correct, it is the query loop with blog posts on my home page. Does that matter?

You can try to change the number of posts being displayed as shown here, or using your site settings.

To change the number of posts displayed on the Home Page using site settings – I go to Settings > Writing and add the preferred number on Syndication feeds show the most recent
