    Try uninstalling and deleting the plugin (download current backups via FTP or your host’s file manager if you have any you wanted to keep, as they’ll be overwritten when you do the next step). Now reinstall it and go immediately to the settings panel for the schedule called “Complete” – set it to only keep 1-3 backups, depending on how big the backup is and the amount of space on your server.

    Let me know if you still have trouble as a few users have had issues with the site not finding the correct size of their site ??

    I’m listing this as resolved at this time but if you or another user does still have issues with this specific issue please do check back in. We have attempted to solve the problem in the newest release(s) but we’re happy to troubleshoot further if someone is still having trouble!
