    Hello and good day.

    I just installed you plugin and wanted to know is selecting “overwrite existing values” for Set follow or nofollow: is recommended.

    Well, if you have links where you want to manually set rel values then don’t check the “overwrite” box. If you want External Links to overwrite the rel values for all links check it.

    I did not check the box and ran a nofollow test. It says the link I used had nofollow associated with it.

    I did not manually set no follow.

    That contradicts what you are saying I think.

    Well, if I did not have nofollow and you enable it in External Links, then it will get added.

    Also, External Links, the free version at least, will not remove existing attributes. It will only add them if they are not present.
