Set Manual Prices as Default

Hi, I’d like to be able to set prices manually as a default option. Currently, it chooses ‘calculate prices by exchange rate’ instead by default.

I have clients that have their own set prices to display in USD which aren’t a direct conversion from GBP to USD

Please can you explain how I can change or override this so that ‘Set prices manually’ is the default option.
