Set Manual Price as Default

We have over 10,000 products on our website and we want to set manual prices based on country for every product. Currently we have to go into each and every product to do so which will take so much time. Can we not set manual prices as default this way we can just import the prices and all would be good. Please if we can look into this that would be great.
