Set language for movie list import

  • Hi,
    I don’t know if it’s already possible, but if this is the case, I couldn’t find the setting.
    I want to use the “import movies” tool. But when I get the data from TMDb, the movies are imported in english (title, description, etc.). But I want to import the German titles, descriptions and so on.
    If I import a single movie “manually”, I can set the language before I load the metadata.
    Can anyone tell me if this is possible in the current version 2.1.4.7?

  • It imports by the name of your country as it is found in TMDB. If a movie does not yet exist in your language maybe the api will come back with one resolved in English.

    But my country is Germany. And the movies I’m trying to import definetively exists in German. When I import them manually I can find all of them also in German.
