Set it and forget it. (Or not….)

Before I installed CleanTalk I was relying on Akismet to block spam comments—which it does fine. But I spent several minutes each day deleting robo-users who’d created guest accounts on my site. (This even though the site had only been live for a week or so. Those spiders are fast critters!)

CleanTalk blocks several spammy user subscription requests and comments each day, and keeps me informed with periodic emails (which I could turn off if I wanted) to assure me that it’s still on top of things.
