Hi, for general booking, we can set unlimited by leaving empty the space field.

But, if we want to enable booking, we have to fill the individual ticket which has default limit to 10 spaces. So the questions are:

    1. Is it possible to set individual ticket space to unlimited? (by leaving it empty or by another way. Currently, if we leave it empty, it will use the default – 10)
    2. Or, is it possible to just make the individual ticket’s space limit to follow up the general space limit?

Thank You very much for your help ??

  • Hi,

Yes, you can set the both the ticket and bookings limits to the same value.

    Hi, thanks for replying caimin_nwl

We can’t set to the same value.

I mean, for general booking limit (per event), we can leave it empty to present an unlimited space. But… if we set the individual ticket space to be empty, it doesnt present unlimited. Instead, it fallbacks to the default space limit (10 is default)

I wonder how to set the individual ticket to:
    – unlimited
    – OR inherit

at the moment this is not possible however you can try to set your ticket spaces to something like 99999 then set the ticket min/max allowed spaces per booking under the ticket form or set this by default using this snippet – https://pastebin.com/vqEMvQeT
